I LOVE Erykah Badu. There. So now that that's out, you HAVE GOT to listen to this Tiny Desk Concert. For real. Erykah (or the She-E-O, as she describes herself) is the real thing. Now that we don't have Amy Winehouse and many of the neo-soul queens from the nineties seem to have all gone and semi-retire, Miss Badu keeps bringing her interplanetary, Jazzy, laid-back inspiration to us.

And we ARE blessed. Really. When Erykah starts to sing, it's like a transcendent experience has started. So go ahead, treat yourself so some intergalactic neo-soul with a touch of Jazz and R&B. That should keep you entertained for awhile...
