In the last day of Pride

So when @
alessio_slonimsky popped up, giving me Pride vibes, I was sold. Oh yeah. I needed this the last day of June to close Pride Month. I can see he goes for the slightly Otter-ish, muscular look (hello, Dave) and I decided to explore him. Well, not him but his art. And now I totally wish I
were in Barcelona for Pride to go see his show.
I love collages. I think they're cool and in this case, sexy. I know somebody who worked with them and they are time consuming and you need to be very meticulous to complete them.
And then he went into the classics. Which is always a great move in my book. And anachronisms and the Gods and the Arts?? Yes, please.
His work is really cool and he’s got an
Etsy store also worth perusing. But you know that when he's showing peen and using pencil on paper he's already won. Yes for queerness. Yes for naked men. Yes for Pride.
So, give him a peek. Who knows? You may even end up getting one of the collages....

P.S. I was gonna post about voting, and the importance of voting and contacting your Senators and Congresspeople but I decided I'm preaching to the choir. You all know what to do. So I went the Queer way, because they'll never silence me. Being Queer has always been a radical act.

YOU AND I ARE SO SYNC'D UP! Seriously, yesterday, I spent the day at one point looking for restaurant gay porn (yeah, I know...) for a post I'm working on and stumbled on an eight page (of which I can only find two) comic that Alessio created about an Italian restaurant. It's titled Fettuccini Carbonara. I have the first page and the last and would love to read the whole thing. His work is lovely. Such smooth lines, and I adore his bald headed avatar. Kizzes.
