Love Me Better...
As we’re inundated with reminders about loving others on Valentine’s Day, it can be hard to remember how important it is to love ourselves. As Mama Ru herself put it, if you can't love yourself, how in the hell you gonna love somebody else?
Self-love is self-compassion: the act of being kind and understanding toward yourself, regardless of external markers of success or value, even during times of hardship or failure. Treating yourself with empathy and love can help you build resilience and self-worth, which makes it easier to create healthy boundaries with others, resolve conflicts, and communicate in relationships.

it is very important to love ourselves, because we are the only person we will be with all our lives, from our birth to our death. So if we don't get along with ourselves, life will be very hard.
