About That Leaked Nude Video...
Intentional distribution of non-consensual porn, or "revenge porn," is a type of online harassment that occurs when an ex-partner or even a hacker posts sexually explicit images of a person online without their permission.
Let's start by saying that everybody should be able to take as many pictures of themselves naked and make as many videos of themselves being pressed like the news as they damn please. It's their fucking bodies and it's their fucking time, so why the fuck not? What if they're fucking someone who is not their significant other? None of my business. What if they are famous? None of my business. What if...? Still none of my business. I think I'm the only person left online who has not watched Kim K getting riled by that bent dick or Pam enjoying Tommy Lee's fab tool. None of my fucking business.
I was furious when Perez Hilton (may he burn in gay hell) published Dustin Lance Black's nudes. LIVID. He did it because he's a petty, small, venomous human being, that is. Nobody should publish somebody else's sex tapes or nude pics. Nobody. Maybe that's why I think that Large Marge is such trash for bringing Hunter Biden's dick pics to the floor in the middle of a session of the house oversight hearing on Hunter's alleged tax fraud coverup. Talk about stones and a glass ceiling. Large Marge was fucking two dudes she picked up at her gym while still married. And she still has the nerve...
Now, what would you do if you find out that someone has posted nude photos or a sex tape of you online? Nude photos or video that were intended to only be seen by one person, taken by you but not intended for distribution? Well, according to @findlaw, there may be a statute in your state that protects you from that. But there may not be anything to help you prosecute the people who have violated your privacy. And remember, once you are online, you are online forever.
So imagine you're being Effiel-tower-ed by two dudes (goals) and there's video of it and then one day, someone who really doesn't have much to do with your life posts it online for all to see. You did not post it. Yeah, you've sent nudes to people, but you've never published them. It should be devastating. Do you delete your twitter (sorry, X), your insta, your Grindr and go underground for a year like @declanblake did?
Or do you just keep going on with your life, dust yourself up and call it water under the bridge? That is, after you create an OnlyFans and make lemonade with the lemons that one spiteful, vengeful, slut shaming idiot offered you? What would YOU do, Constant Reader, if someone publishes intimate images and video of you without your permission?
And remember, this is 2023, where you could be filmed and photographed and you would be none the wiser... That is, until the video/photos hit the internet and there you are. In all your glory.

The obvious answer would be to not send nudes to people, and avoid hook-ups with individuals you barely know, because it turns out that cheap sex can have a price.
ReplyDeleteNo, that's not the obvious answer.
DeleteThe obvious answer would be to mind our business. But this is is a very repressed, sex-obsessed, puritanical, slut-shaming, shameful society so yeah. Great victim-blaming though.

HuntleyBiGuy:
ReplyDeleteObviously the individual had no right to disseminate the images regardless of their perceived slight, and yes it’s a hard lesson learned. But kudos to Declan for embracing the situation, that’s something that I would think is very difficult to do. He did mention that he struggled with the situation for some time, but he came out stronger for it.
XOXO 👨🏼❤️💋👨🏽
He kind of did well getting over it.
DeleteBut the key here is not having the right to disseminate porn/sex images that are not OURS.

Big says,
ReplyDeleteFirst off, he's kinda adorable in the way he's not only accepted the leak but actually turned it around and profited. I think everyone who knows me (friends and family) know that I prefer to live my life as naked as possible. My gosh, we have welcome mat at the front door that reads, "Knock slowly. Give me time to put on pants." I've been to nude beaches, I've taken a nude cruise, I've done videos for Clothesfree. So, yeah, I know my nude images are out there. Clandestine ones, too? Oh, probably. Have they been shared around the internets? Probably. I don't think anyone who knows me would be surprised. LOL.
See, it's one thing if you're out in public (nude beach, etc), it's another if you've sent to other folks who you believe you can trust.
Large Marge should be tarred and feathered. *Anyone* who does something as despicable as that should be shamed and shamed again (Game of Thrones shamed). So if there are photos of Large Marge out there --- spread 'em around, far and wide.
XOXO
Bingo.
DeleteIt's the breach of trust. It's the violation of one's rights to do as one pleases with one's body. The thing is that you have been to nude beaches and you are known for not having hangups about being nude. But not everybody has that advantage.
And I hate Large Marge. Such a hypocrite.
XOXO
I'm kind of the club that if you don't want nudes and sex tapes out there, then don't make them. But if you do have them, be prepared for them to come out.
ReplyDeletexoxo
I disagree.
DeleteEverybody has the right to make as many sex tapes as they want. It's nobody's business. But people love the lurid, the morbid, the shaming of the ones who are doing what they cannot and will never do because they can't.
XOXO
Maybe I wasn't clear, but I have no issue with people doing sex tapes and having nude photos; I am a live and let live gay. It's not for me, but if you have them, there is always the possibility of someone sharing them, so you have to acknowledge that going in.
Deletexoxo
Oh, I have no issue with people doing sex tapes either. My beef is with the dicks who make them public when they were not made to be public. Ever since the Physical Pictorial days to the AOL chatrooms there was the possibility of those photos getting out. The malicious distribution of them is the problem.

Everyone's one good photo or hot vid away from being a porn star. So... I think we all secretly WANT to be a porn star. If you like sex and feel good about it? Well, if you're good at something, you tend to want to share that with the world at large. I don't care what people do with their bodies or pics as long as they are not hurting themselves or others. You are 100% right... it NONYA. The shaming, etc. That's all about wanting to feel superior to someone else. Which would seem to indicate that such a person has real issues with who THEY ARE - that they need to put down someone else in order to feel good about themselves. Well - that's just a wrong way of going about it, for that will eventually wrap around and they will find themselves feeling even worse about themselves. So... they get what they deserve. I dunno. More and more? I just want to sit in my basement and detach. People ARE AWFUL.
ReplyDeleteI agree. Not my business!
DeleteAnd I literally agree with everything you said here. Including wanting to stay in my basement and detach. Ugh. Hell IS other people.
XOXO
I can't appreciate Islamic culture, but to anyone who sends this type of photo and video, I'd cut off his hands. Then, I'm not an exhibitionist, so I don't let myself be filmed, also because seeing myself having sex doesn't give me any pleasure. I'm just wondering if it's not better to have sex than worry about filming it (unless one wants to harm and blackmail a person).
