Oh, Kegels..?
Jon was talking about his feeling like a puppy after his prostate surgery and then I got this video in my feed. YouTube really is like a stalker ex-boyfriend, hunny. Sometimes I shiver just to think what it would suggest if it could go full porn.
In any case, I think very few of us actually pay any attention to Kegels, that is, until we REALLY need those muscles (they help you control pee, but also they can give you better and harder erections, which you know, come VERY handy when having sex with men) like after prostate surgery, for example.
I have to say that I followed all of Eric's instructions (research) and I have to say that I was able to do everything he was telling me to do. He's very good at explaining things. And I discovered muscles I didn't know I had. So how about you? How's your Kegel going??

HuntleyBiGuy:
ReplyDeleteYeah, I haven’t really paid much attention to my pelvic floor, but now that I’ve reached a certain age 👴🏻 I probably should. So far I haven’t had any problems but prevention is better than waiting for a problem to develop.

Hahaha
DeleteYou are correct: prevention is much better than dealing with the problem!

Big says,
ReplyDeleteWhat have I been preaching for the past...how many year? LOL. This is an excellent piece. Every male over the age of 13 should see this, and learn the proper way to do these exercises. As this dude says, those muscles are pivotal in maintaining firm erections. Which, let's face it, we're all more interested in than trying to control urine (that is, until (as he says) we run into that particuilar trouble). Bravo, Six. XOXO
I just saw your post!

You're just learning about this now?
ReplyDeleteI am.
DeleteIt's usually a gentleman caller the one with his fingers in that region, Dave. I knew of the ten flexes with a wet washcloth on your boner, but this?? Nope.
It was lots of fun, also.

ReplyDeleteI am!
