Oh, THAT office?

You knew this one was coming, no?

I have absolutely nothing to say, except that you need to zoom in the details cause they tell you who this man is. Also, that I'm happy Uncle Joe got rid of whatever garish shit Jabba the Orange left in this iconic place.

Enjoy!

XOXO

P.S. some food for thought:

  1. I have always liked Joe but the idea that he has Cesar Chavez and Rosa Parks busts in the office really elevates my opinion of him.

    1. I know, right?
He knows his history. And for those that say he's not 'union friendly..'? LOL
      The details make it, no?

    HuntleyBiGuy:
Welcome back babe! This is such a hallowed, iconic space. The personal touches that each occupant brings reflect the person they are. Gone is the garishness of the previous occupant and sanity returned. I imagine it took awhile to get the ketchup stains off the wall.

Joe is truly a man of the people, humble and a public servant. And yes, we must elevate the volume and tenor of the Democratic message. His first campaign speech of the year was a good start. We must drive home what is at stake in this election. The repugs must be beaten at EVERY level.

    1. Hey you!
And it IS iconic. We kind of lose it for a second with the Orange Doofus, but it's back! And Joe IS a man of the people. It blows my mind most Americans do not see that.
      Vote BLUE, people!

  3. That was fun. He's just a plain old NICE GUY, isn't he? I hope he had someone come in to sage the place to remove any remnants of the orange asshat and his mail-order vermin (his word, not mine); not to mention the blood-poisoned kid (his description, not mine).
Maddow and Schiff made the most sense last night of what is going on and that Romney is full of shit about the way the Dems need to run the '24 campaign. XOXO

    1. He's very cool.
I imagine they had to bring an exterminator after Melanoma and Cheeto left. I think the Dems should go on the offensive. I follow Dark Brandon on Twitter and he's going all out, just by using Cheeto's own words. We need more of that.

  4. What a great tour! I love all the meaningful personal touches. The chocolate chip cookies are a nice token, too.

    1. I love how everything tells kind of a political story?
It's a description of his policies, in visual form. Smart.
      And cookies are always good!

Such a gracious host, affable and down to earth, President Biden brings dignity to the White House.
The President has had the Oval Office and other rooms tastefully furnished in a very symbolic way. The portraits of prior Presidents of honor and the sculptures of civil rights leaders of truth are inspiring, just as they must be for the President. Finally, the Resolute desk used by our beloved President Kennedy says it all, in this thoughtful and touching tour of the presidential offices of the White House. For those of us who believe in democracy, our Nation and our White House are in good hands with President Biden. -Rj

    1. He's a great man.
And he IS down to earth. Quite the contrast with Jabba the Orange, no?
And you are right, the decor is tasteful yet appropriate? He said his brother (who is an architect) chose it. Fab choice.
He does mention the Resolute desk. Iconic, all of it.

  7. I love grandpa Joe. I do wish he'd choose to retire and allow someone else to lead the parade, but I get it... he's a good guy and he's on the right side of everything. I will vote for him... because the alternative simply doesn't represent a world I want to participate in. Kizzes.

    1. Oh, he's going to retire.
But he's the only person Toadstool Dick and the repugs are afraid of right now. Cheeto feared him when he ran. He fears him now. I'd vote for him in a heartbeat.
