And then it started trending on Twitter and the internet laughed at Marge. Oh, Marge. AOC told you not to play, baby girl... and you didn't pay attention. Jasmine read you for filth and you deserved it. Marge is the perfect example of gerrymandering: only the worst Repugs will go on to Washington.
Even Huntley and I got in on the shenanigans. I remembered we shared the above image of Marge Three Toes and cackled. Well deserved, I say. Marge is an ignorant bully (remember when she hackled Uncle Joe?) and she's committed the capital sin of being ugly inside and out. The internet was dragging her and I enjoyed every tweet, every tiktok, every little piece of scorn thrown her way. Because I'm petty.

While I was cheering and hooting at the whole scene and love and adore Jasmine Crockett..the whole thing was rather embarrassing. Is this how low we have sunk in the US politics??? Friends from abroad were texting and emailing and asked what in hell is going on in the US???? Then I heard about it. It was funny and painful at the same time...and worst yet was dip shit Comer...who had no control over the committee. The US House is a fucking joke. Had I been in control they all would have been excused that night.

I think the Dems have had their fill of the repugs walking all over them and trying to take the high road. Giving it back to them, now and then, is warranted, IMHO.
