Oh, Marry, fuck, kill. Victorian Living Room edition ...?
Heh.
Would you? And again, a doozy. Because of course it is.
Remember: no clients, no budget limitations. Just because...

That's the title of one of my favourite songs. The most lethal, the most essential thing is to hear your own voice. Also, keeping up with the idea of writing as catharsis, this one blog is dedicated all to myself. More solipsism would be hard to find. And I like it like that. Oh, and this is a queer (and self-proclaimed 'ADULT') blog so go ahead, make your day... mine is done.
I'm gonna break the rules and go Mass Murderer on them all.
ReplyDeleteThey are all too precious and, well, pitiful.
xoxo
Hahahahaha
DeleteLove it!
I have to confess that I liked bits and pieces of each one of them. I was not happy with the ripping of the fireplace in one of them...
XOXO
Big says,
ReplyDeleteKill....them all. Oy!!! The daisy rug??? Absolutely not. The wall to wall carpet? Again, no! The tiled wall around the fireplace - are you f'ing kidding me? Not a single one of them maintained the integrity of the Victorian period - which could be done while still updating it. Yep, just kill them all. LOL.
XOXO
LOL
DeleteOh, this one is a winner! I liked the rug, btw. And overall, I liked her approach. I would have done differently with that woman-inspired dresser thingy though...

HuntleyBiGuy:
ReplyDeleteI would definitely kill Hema. Gutting the room would not have been an option for me. I kind of like what Noz and Kat did with the paneling. Overall Noz has the most highlights for me, except for the ceiling. Kat had some interesting elements. And what’s with all of these low couches? You may as well just throw pillows and bean bag chairs around the room. So I think it would be two fucks and a kill.
XOXO 👨🏼❤️💋👨🏽
Heh
DeleteI think the idea of creating that little alcove was cool for the 'high rollers' though. I like the idea of a game room, I'll have to say...
XOXO
I agree. OFF WITH THERE HEADS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Call me strange, but I like the original room the best. But I can't lie, Hemp's color scheme was nice and kept somewhat of the feeling of the original room. If I saw Noz's room in real life, I'd hope for a book of matches.
ReplyDeleteLMAOOO
DeleteI liked Noz's room! I think that ceiling is a mood. But I can see where you're coming from. They have radically different tastes/styles, though. That's for sure.
XOXO
Well, here's my poopy-head thoughts. Kill, kill, kill. That poor Victorian. May none of these designers ever cross its path.
ReplyDeleteHahahaha
DeleteI live! Between us, I liked them all. I did not like some details here and there, but I thought they were fab.
XOXO
