Oh, a Queer-Eyed President...?

Oh, yes. Pride never ends. I truly believe that. And in this blog thingy here we celebrate it all year round. Hence the Queer Eye post with the Vice President of the United States.

BTW, there's been very few Vice Presidents as LGBTQ friendly as Kamala Harris. She’s been an ally before it was 'fashionable' to be an ally. So this is not a 'ploy' to attract LGBTQ voters. I want you to imagine what a Kamala Harris presidency would be for us. There. Now... are you registered to vote??

XOXO

P. S. For those who cannot imagine what a Cheeto win would mean and are very comfy about the reach of the Religulous Wrong and SCOTUS I have this:

P.P.S. I fucking loathe Kim Davis. That fucking cunt.*

*cunts are usually fabulous.

I can't with the grift from the bigots. Davis had her day, but she'll keep pushing her bigotry.

Kimmie needs to go choke on a horse dick.
There was never a doubt in my mind that VP Harris was and is an ally. There was never a doubt in my mind that the Religilous Rong would come after LGBTQ rights once they managed to overturn Roe. Roe was originally decided on the Right to Privacy. As was Obergefell. Any decision based on that amendment that the Theocrats don't like will be overturned by this overly-conservative court. That's where things are going if they aren't headed off at the pass by a massive Dem majority.
Not that I'm telling anyone how to vote.... 😁

    1. True.
Any decision the bigots don't like, they'll try to tear down. That's a fact that started with RV.W. And it's not that we are telling people how to vote, we are telling them the choices they have.

  3. I wish Ms. Kim would go the way of the CarCrashians and fade into the ether. I am sick of her sour puss. This is a bit terrifying. And all the more reason to vote blue. Super excited to vote for Kamala... but she better not pick Walz as her VP. I love the guy... he's a great governor, but MN on any ticket is a nail in the coffin (Mondale, Hubert H.) Learn lessons from history - it will repeat itself. Of course, Mondale was VP... but that was for Carter, so... not sure it counts. (Love Jimmy Carter). I do wish gays were represented by someone other than these four queens... I have never had any love for what they do... but that's me (hee hee). To each their own.

    1. Super excited about Kamala, too!
I don't really know too much about the VP picks, but they all seem to be quite adequate. And they all seem to bring something to the table. Remember, like the pick for president, we vote for the package, not the individual.
And these four Queens broke through the pink ceiling. Twenty years ago there was no 'representation', really on TV. I love Thom and Carson.

    HuntleyBiGuy:
Yes we must vote, and in numbers that leave no doubt as to the outcome.

Just because you voted in previous elections, doesn’t necessarily mean that you are still registered for this election. The repugs are purging rolls in record numbers. Go to https://www.vote.org/am-i-registered-to-vote/ to confirm your registration. And continue to periodically check before Election Day. Not every jurisdiction has same-day registration should you get purged and show up to vote. And if you can, vote EARLY. And if you vote by mail, confirm that your ballot was received.

    1. Oh, yes.
Voting is fundamental. No apathy is needed. Thanks for the link, babes! I think that people are really not informed about the whole roll-purging the Repugs are carrying out.

  5. Kamala is an advocate for everyone that has been marginalized, she will make for a great Presidency.
The conservatives also believe you should have no right to privacy, where does it end ?
As for Kim Davis, there is a special place in hell just for her.

    1. Oh, she'll make a fantastic president.
Conservatives (and the Talibangelicals) believe that anybody that is not like them and doesn't think like them should be vanished.

    1. Ugh. I thought we would never hear from her again. Yet, here she is.
WE have to take Kamala to the White House. I love that you're volunteering! That's what we need: more voices out there spreading the message.
