Oh, Someday...?
Full disclosure: I'm an Apple fanboy.
Oh yes. I have the whole lot: Apple watch, TV, Ipad, MacBook, Mac desktop. The works. But I don't like the earbuds. Don't have a pair, probably will not get a pair. I think people who wear them look like Shrek. I prefer over-the-ear, corded earphones. I don't think I'll ever get these little things that require you to charge them and that can be lost in a heartbeat (it's the new 'nobody move! I lost my contact').
BUT (and this is a very nice butt) @pedropascal is in this Spike Jonze directed commercial (Apple's got the dough to do that) and you KNOW how that man makes me feel... so yes.
XOXO
Interesting, if enigmatic, commercial. Who knew he could dance?
ReplyDeleteI know, right?
DeleteI'm ready to marry, him, Debs. READY!!!!!
XOXO
Big says,
ReplyDeleteInteresting take on those things, eh? They'll transport you anywhere if you let them....
XOXO
Oh, I always drive to my own soundtrack.
DeleteAnd exercise to my own soundtrack, too. Music, man...!

HuntleyBiGuy:
ReplyDeleteI’m with you on the earbuds. I fear they’d be lost in an instant. Sneeze and they’re gone. I did get an economical pair of rechargeable ones, but they have a hoop that curls over your ear, so a little more secure.
XOXO 👨🏼❤️💋👨🏽
Oh, I couldn't.
DeleteJust couldn't. Too expensive and too easily misplaced. It's a no.
The over the ear thingy? Fab.
XOXO
So Pedro Pascal can dance, too! Heavy sigh. I bought AirPods a few years ago. Yeah, nice to not have a cord plugged into something. HOWever, they DO fall out. I’m regularly checking them, tightening them in my ears, and looking on the ground.
ReplyDeleteYes, he can.
DeleteAnd I KNOW! The damn things are a sneeze away from getting lost forever. All. The. Time.
XOXO
I am so not an apple person. A matter of fact the last time I went to the doctors he told me to come back on my gin and tonics. He said mistress, every time you feel like having a gin eat an apple instead. I says, well that's fine, who the hell wants to eat 27 apples a day.
ReplyDeleteHahahaha
Delete27 apples a day, huh? And a G&T is always welcome.
XOXO
Oh Pedro ... move over this way honey!
ReplyDeleteBut it's this:
(it's the new 'nobody move! I lost my contact')
That I loved most!
xoxo
I'd have to fight you over Pedro, Bob.
DeleteReally. That man makes me weak.
And it's true!!! You have no idea how many times I've been in a get together with I get the "NOBODY MOVES"!. First of all, what was that bitch doing with the earbuds???
XOXO
I'm not an applehead in any way, shape, or form, but Pedro was worth the watch.
ReplyDeleteI love Apple.
DeleteBeen a fan for a decade or more.
And I'd watch Pedro move around all day long.
XOXO
About that waif woman with the single bit of bread on her plate... why do we perpetuate the manic pixie chick in need of a sandwich? It's not sexy. It's sad. Very, very sad. Tired of it being a means of conveying 'meaning'. Know what it means? Some dick head director thinks a woman can never be too thin. Thin means important. Thin means feeling. Thin means deep. Deep six that. Even as the set up for a jokey commercial. It's utterly killing people. I see a thin actress and do I think she's really deep? No, I think, for gawd's sake somebody get that girl a sandwich. Kizzes.
ReplyDeleteThe short film, Upton. The short film.
DeleteAnd Pedro. And the dancing.
And I liked her haircut. I may get it some day.
XOXO
