Oh, Bunny’s House…?

Seriously, if you have not watched this, you’re missing out. And it's not just because the set kicks ass.

It’s incredible how “real” it looks…. Also, I’d live there.

XOXO

P.S. The moment I laugh-cried the first time I watched it? When Bunny's mom joins the boys doing Whatta Man and takes on the Salt part? Yes.

  1. I binged "Mid-Century Modern" the first weekend it was released and LOVED IT! And I love this behind-the-scenes video too -- all its details and special little touches -- thanks for posting it!

    1. OMG same!
We got together with two friends and ran through the whole season. We added some munchies and a few drinks and it was a riot!.
      The set is fabulous.

    HuntleyBiGuy:
It is truly amazing the amount of detail that goes into the set decoration. Down to the cup of readers on Linda’s desk. I loved the show and I saw that there will be a season 2 whoop-woop!

  4. I could totally live in that house though I don't know how many bedrooms there are so I would share with Matt if need be.

Hey, his is the smallest bedroom, so you'll probably have to sleep on top...
      Just saying...

  5. Big says,
We binged it. And loved it! "Restoration comedy." Lavin had that right; it is and it works and it's funny. The set is gorgeous and I could live in a place exactly like it.

P.S. Next season, I'll be looking at more of the set details. Guys after my own heart; my sets were always like that --- little tiny details that spoke to the characters and the play.

Well, written and smart. And I would also live in a place like that without changing much... Not even that white sofa.

Très chic à la Palm Springs :)
A great show with a great cast and kudos to the set designers.
They did great work presenting the PS aesthetic.
The stories I could tell you all about Palm Springs when my family owned and managed a motel on East Mel Street in PS back in the early 1970’s.
The late great Linda Lavin’s character reminds me of Sally, a Canadian lady we knew who owned the Ho Tai Motel on our street.

Such a good show. And it DOES nail the Palm Springs look. OMG you have GOT to let us in the details of that time of your life!!!!

      Linda Lavin was a riot!

And again, we need to know more about Sally.
