Oh, creativity, you said …?

So, how creative are YOU? What do you consider to be your talent?

I know everybody’s got their something, but I would have to say that I have limited talents, especially when seeing what these girls can do.

  1. Great video! And I agree -- everyone has some kind of creative gift and, large or small, expressing it freely enhances our enjoyment of life! So do it!

    1. Isn't it?
And everybody should work on their potential, IMHO. Even if it's Marie Kondo-ing their closets!

  2. Creativity is one of the bedrocks of civilization. No matter what your talent, be proud, because you are doing something in a way that only you can do.

    1. And that is why Drag is so important.
Because it IS a very creative endeavor (for some it's even performance art, genderfuck, theater and fashion all rolled together) and Drag artists do this in such a way that it is very theirs.

  3. Big says,
My creative talent? Theatre and dance---until the Universe said, "That's enough of that." LOL. Now? Now I write; I write for the stage, novels, short stories. It keeps me out of trouble. LOL.

  5. I have not seen any of all Stars as I don't get Paramount. And generally I don't watch all stores in general, basically so I can see more new Talent. But what a tough creative Bunch they have on this season. I have a few talents, and as you can imagine some I won't list here!

I'm glad you're posting about drag race. I have been trying to cut back on so many drag race post. I've got a few emails from Queens reminding me, nicely of course... and one really nasty one that there's more to drag than just Rupauls Drag Race. Yikes!

That girl was coming for you, huh? She's kind of right: there's more to Drag than RPDR, but (and it's a nice butt) that series has done a LOT for the art form.

  6. Mind you I have seen a lot of Snippets. And what is going on with Kerri Colby???? She looks awful, withdrawn and extremely thin! She almost looks on recognizable, and not in a good way.

    1. Oh yes.
Kerry decided to do a glow up (but like Olivia Lux, she's kinda thin!). I hope it reflects on her performance, though. Which is what I am more excited about.

    2. Olivia has never looked more gorgeous than in this season. Of course she's also been eliminated already. She is one of the prettiest Smiles I've ever seen on drag queen, but I don't expect Kerri Colby to break out of her bracket.

And just think of those with such creative talent denied expression because of the repression of being forced in the closet by their disapproving and hypocritical families. Time to tear down the fucking closet door and liberate them. Religious hypocrites who worship money more than God tell you that you will never enter heaven because of your sins of the flesh. Just push St Peter out of the way of the pearly gates and let everyone in :)

    1. I know!
The thousands of very creative Queer kids that have to repress their imagination and talents because their families believe in a sky daddy. Ugh.
