Oh, Anohni...!

This is a voice you just don't forget. It has that je ne sais quoi that so many artists would kill for. I started to listen to Anohni when they sang with @herculesandloveaffair years ago and they've stayed with me ever since. Unforgettable, I'd say.

I love @anohni. They've been singing for twenty years now and their music just seems to get better. I love their voice, and that feeling they put in anything they sing. And this Tiny Desk Concert? *chef's kiss'.

XOXO

P.S. if you're on spotify, you can follow them there: @anohni. Highly recommend.

  1. Jazz is nice. An alto jazz singer's even better.

I think this is an artist that needs more promotion. So good.

I loved it even more when they did House, of course, cause I love House music, but this is nice.

  4. I’d never heard of Anohni. Incredibly rich voice and style, and perfect for the music. Sadly, this is a style of jazz that just doesn’t do it for me.

So unique. It's like Adele, Boy George and Sam Smith decided to create a singer.

I love how Anohni goes from one genre to another and always sounds fab.
