  4. Perhaps I spend more time in history than others, but I thought it was common knowledge that it was greed that sent the Pilgrims to the new world. The catch phrase back then was Make your fortune in the New World.

      Even twenty years ago, the teaching of American History was totally different as to what it is today. The whitewashing has been almost complete.
      And you know the 'New World' was full of opportunistic con men.

  6. Is it any Wonder the country was set up in the current situation, considering why the pilgrims came here, more greed. For me I enjoy Thanksgiving and I will make it my own holiday for what it should really be worth. Happy Thanksgiving Six.
