I know there are the 12 days of Christmas, but I've never heard of there being 12 days of weather. However, if that's true, and looking at this week and next weeks forecasts, we're going to have a hot, hot year.

It's rather tied to the ***real*** 12 Days of Christmas: Dec 26 through Jan 6 (the Epiphany). If you're into Shakespeare, "Twelfth Night" is the day of the Epiphany.
