That's the title of one of my favourite songs. The most lethal, the most essential thing is to hear your own voice. Also, keeping up with the idea of writing as catharsis, this one blog is dedicated all to myself. More solipsism would be hard to find. And I like it like that. Oh, and this is a queer (and self-proclaimed 'ADULT') blog so go ahead, make your day... mine is done.
First off, I want those breeches.
I actually have some pants that look kind of like that. The mafriend calls them droopy drawers. But I digress. Being rich seemed to have paid back then. Pity that today all we get is the tacky atrocity that is a Jeff Bezos or his even tackier wife...
Also, I think I would have needed a dresser.

Way too fussy for me. I need to leap out of bed, shower, shave, primp and then throw on clothes in less than an hour ... this, even with a helper, seems to take for too long and I am far too lazy even to just stand there!

I myself would have been more in the Edwardian or Victorian time frame of dressing. I so would not have done good with this style of dressing. Mind you now the women's style was gorgeous. The gowns! I guess I'd had to do drag then too.
