Men like Beau Gunner are so secure in their masculinity that they basically don't give a fuck about anything that may be perceived as 'gay'. He even bills himself as "Recurring @officialdaveywavey personality". How's that for self-assurance? I think that's hot. I wish that when gay men say they go for 'straight' men they'd mean somebody like Beau. Because he seems like a bona fide Himbo. And we know rare are those to come by...
The main issue I have with self-hating, self-righteous masc4masc guys is that they usually mistake 'straight' with 'masculine' and that's not always the case. I know plenty of very straight men who would give Jack McFarland a run for his money. But I do understand that some gay men prefer emotionally-barren men who are unable to show affection and who, in a very twisted way fulfill their own internalized homophobia. But I'm not a psychologist, I just play one on Blogger.
Now, on to the (beautiful) subject at hand: Beau is trying sex toys aimed at the gay market. Let's see how that goes.
1. The Mansqueeze: that sounds like fun. I have not tried the fleshlight often, but the feeling is very nice. I know tons of men who swear by it. What called my attention is that what Davey said is true: many men would just not use it because it has a twink on the box. Beau is right on this one.
2. Male full body harness: oh, this is cool. I'd wear that. I'd wear that to go out if it didn't go all the way to my dick, to be honest. It doesn't turn me on, but if the man I'm with finds it hot, hey.
3.Mr. Switch. Ok, so this is kind of the 'Vers' version of a dildo? I'm intrigued. I guess that if you're horny you would not mind fucking or getting fucked by a literal body part, no?

It's taken me a long, long time... in fact, I finally got it due to a situation at the prairie this summer... to wrap my little gay head around this concept and realize it's not me... IT IS THEM. And that's the reason not all gay people are super nice, or friendly, or enjoy being part of the community. When they say... I'm not part of 'the scene', like we all sit around eating turds, what they are saying is... I am gay, but hate myself for it. Then, in order to feel better about themselves, not only do they make pronouncements about 'the scene' - they also feel they have the right to treat you like utter shit... because that is how they feel about themselves.
