Oh, Therapy...?
Here's the thing:
I think that reading/listening about couples therapy (or therapy in general) is a good exercise on self reflection. Whether we are or not part of a couple (or throuple, or poly formation or monogamish relationship or Ace variant or whatever it is that floats your sexy boat) knowing how to interact with others when there are feelings or sex involved it's always healthy. One never knows, right?
And developing emotional intelligence benefits us in our daily life interactions.
This lady here pulls no punches, though. Love that.
